Qualification |

Work with Consulting Director to identify Lead and Prospect Development plan.

• |
Cold-call prospects, qualify opportunities and initiate sales. |
• |
Arrange meeting with prospects and coordinate with Consulting team,
third party vendors and other firm associates. |
• |
Deliver effective sales presentation. |
• |
Assist for Close sales and develop long-term relationship with customers. |
• |
Coordinate marketing events, seminars and road-show. |
• |
Liason with firm alliance including software, hardware, consulting vendors and other ISVs. |

Responsibilities |
• |
MBA or Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related fields. |
• |
1-4 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing in IT and other related fields. Preferred backgrounds including Consulting, Software Reseller,
Solution Sale, System Integrator, ISV, etc. |
• |
Good analytical skills and able to define conceptual solution to address customer’s business problems. |
• |
Proven ability to establish a network of relationships and set-up meetings with decision makers and influencers. |
• |
Solid communication and presentation skills (English is required) and strong sales aptitude. |
• |
Solid and proven experience in selling IT solutions and/or consulting services is a plus.

• |
Experience in Finance, Banking, Telecom, Insurance, Retail/Distribution and Manufacturing is a plus.
|
• |
Experience with IBM, BEA, Oracle is a plus.
|
• |
Have own car is a plus.
